Family Feud – SAM AND DEAN ASK ROWENA TO FIND CROWLEY’S SON – When Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) look into a murder at a museum, they learn a ghost from a merchant ship that sunk in 1723 may be at the heart of the mystery. After realizing “The Star” was the same ship that Crowley’s (Mark A. Sheppard) son Gavin McLeod (guest star Theo Devaney) should have been aboard, they enlist help from Rowena (guest star Ruth Connell) to track Gavin down. Kelly Kline (guest star Courtney Ford), still pregnant with Lucifer’s child, takes refuge with a demon after an angel attempts to kill her. PJ Pesce directed the episode written by Brad Buckner and Eugenie Ross-Leming (#1213). Original airdate 2/23/2107.
Anything on Gavin’s return to Supernatural? —Tim Gavin’s return will happen very soon, and his arrival will have quite an effect on Rowena. According to Ruth Connell, she had a little bit of trouble rationalizing Rowena’s actions in that hour: “I was like, really? She really just did that?!” I’m not sure what exactly goes down, but Connell did say “it’s to do with Gavin coming back and her having a grandson, so there’s a lot more to be found out about Rowena.”

The chronicles of the McLeod family. Something is going on related to the ship Gavin was supposed to die on. Rowena meets Gavin and seems kindly disposed towards him. Cas is hunting Kelly and Lucifer’s child. Kelly takes refuge with a demon. That should end well. Mary is hunting who knows what. How do the murders tie to Gavin and The Star? How will Rowena and Crowley relate to Gavin? What will Rowena do that surprised Ruth? Which demon will Kelly take refuge with? Will Cas or Crowley find her? This is a real exciting time for the #SPN Family. A Supernatural spinoff has finally made it to series! Well, it’s more of a prequel, and we are little uncertain with how this aligns with the timeline from the flagship series, but it’s still a spinoff! This is of course the first big project for Jensen…
“Even when I lose, I win!” Beautiful and empowering words written by Mark Sheppard regarding Crowley and his final accomplishments in the show. As painful as this is to write, I assure you, it is even more painful to accept – but when has that ever stopped any of us? After all, Hell hath no…
